Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings at CLUB SEEN Koh Samui are accepted and services rendered. The details below are related to bookings made directly via SEEN Beach Club’s website and for payments via payment gateway systems or with credit card or cash on site.

1. Opening Hours:

  • BEACH CLUB: 11 AM – 11 PM
  • SEEN Eatery: 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM (last order 10.30 PM)
  • UNSEEN CLUB ROOM: Open exclusively on selected event dates

2. Door Policy & Entry

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
  • Entry is subject to venue safety, capacity, and conduct.
  • All guests must wear issued wristbands if required.
  • Bag checks may be conducted by security.

3. Dress Code

  • Guests are required to adhere to a Beach Chic dress code at all times while on the premises.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using the swimming pool and surrounding pool areas.
  • Nudity, indecent exposure, and attire deemed inappropriate by management are strictly prohibited.
  • CLUB SEEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry, service, or continued access to any guest who does not comply with the dress code requirements.

4. Guest Access & Age Policy

  • Daily Operations: CLUB SEEN operates under an adults-only policy. All guests must be 18 years of age or above.
  • Special Events & Night Parties: Strictly 18+ only with valid ID.
  • Restaurant-Only Bookings: No pool access is included, and the SEEN Eatery (restaurant area) remains family-friendly until 7 PM.

5. Bookings, Minimum Spend & Payments

  • Minimum spend applies to daybeds, sofas, and tables, payable before entry.
  • Daytime Bookings: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Evening Bookings: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Reservations without payment may be released after 30 minutes.
  • Paid Bookings: Guests with prepaid reservations or daybeds must check in within 30 minutes of their scheduled arrival time. If late without prior notice, the booking may be resold and seating is not guaranteed. Guests arriving late may be relocated to any available area.
  • Special events require full pre-payment to confirm entry or tickets.

6. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds

  • All general bookings are non-refundable.
  • Amendments may be made up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Special event tickets and packages are strictly non-refundable.
  • In case of force majeure or weather impact, booking value will convert to an F&B voucher valid for 30 days.
  • For reservations or tickets purchased through authorised third-party platforms such as Megatix, guests are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform. Club SEEN Koh Samui is not responsible for payment processing, technical issues, or refund disputes managed by third-party providers.”

7. Swimming Pool Use

  • No lifeguard on duty – guests swim at their own risk.
  • Proper swimwear is required at all times.
  • Guests with skin conditions, injuries, or bandages may be refused pool access.
  • Club SEEN accepts no liability for accidents or injuries related to pool use.

8. Prohibited Items & Behaviour

  • No outside food or beverages, including alcohol.
    Corkage: THB 1,500 (wine) | THB 1,900 (spirits/champagne)
  • No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances.
  • Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be refused entry.
  • No smoking indoors (SEEN Eatery and enclosed areas).
  • Drones are strictly prohibited.

9. Identification & Regulations

  • Guests must present original photo identification if requested.
  • Club SEEN complies with all Thai government laws on age and alcohol service.

10. Media, Photography & Filming

  • Guests may be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
  • Content may appear on official Club SEEN platforms or external media.
  • By entering, guests grant permission for image use, If you do not wish to appear, please inform staff upon arrival.
  • Professional cameras and drones require prior approval from Marketing.

11. Towels, Lockers & Personal Belongings

  • Towels are provided according to seating capacity or available for rental.
  • Missing or unreturned towels will incur a charge of THB 500 net.
  • No lockers are provided; large bags and luggage are not permitted.
  • Club SEEN is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

12. Lost & Found

  • Lost items will be held for 30 days.

  • Costs for retrieval or shipping are the guest’s responsibility.

13. Special Events Policy

  • Additional terms may apply for headline shows, NYE, and festival events.
  • Prices, artists, themes, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
  • Specific wristbands, age limits, or booking confirmations may be required.

14. Right to Amend

Club SEEN Koh Samui reserves the right to update or modify these terms without notice. Continued entry implies acceptance of the latest policy.
