SEEN Beach Club Samui Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings at SEEN Beach Club Samui are accepted and services rendered. The details below are related to bookings made directly via SEEN Beach Club’s website and for payments via payment gateway systems or with credit card or cash on site.

Kitchen Hours
11:30 AM to 10:30 PM (last order)
Venue General Policy
• All guests must wear wristbands to enter the club.
• A minimum spending requirement applies to daybeds or packages and must be settled at the entrance before entering the club.
• No outside food and beverage allowed; corkage charge – THB 1,500 net for wine and THB 1,900 net for spirits and champagne.
• No cannabis
• No smoking in SEEN Restaurant
• No drugs. Violators will be evicted and reported to the police.
Swimming Pools
• Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• Appropriate swim attire must be worn at all times. Nudity is not allowed.
• Persons with sores, evidence of skin diseases, or wearing bandages of any kind will not be permitted to use the pool.
• SEEN Beach Club Samui shall not be responsible for any injury, death, illness, or any loss or damage in the SEEN Beach Club facility whatsoever, however caused, sustained, or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of the Swimming Pool area, whether defective or otherwise.
Age Policy
Kids are welcome to join the fun daily until 7 PM. However, please note that during special events, SEEN Beach Club reserves the right to modify access without prior notice.
Table and Daybed Booking
• Tables and daybeds reserved without payment may be given to the next guests if you arrive 30 minutes later than your booked time.
• Day time booking is from 11 AM to 5 PM
• Night time booking is from 5:30 PM to 11 PM
• Reservation confirmation or reservation name must be given at the hostess counter for registration.
Events Bookings
A full pre-payment is required to confirm your booking of Event seats or Tickets.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• For special events, the bookings strictly no cancellations or refunds.
• In cases of cancellation due to weather or force majeure of special events, table packages will be converted to venue credit for food and beverage.
• For general bookings, the booking is non-refundable. However, amendments to the booking can be made, subject to availability, your credit can be postponed within 7 days from your original booked date.
• In cases of bad weather, your credit can be used in SEEN restaurant or postponed within 7 days subject to availability.
Photography Policy
There may from time to time be promotional and/or commercial photography and visual audio recording of the club, the DJs and the customers. By entering SEEN Beach Club Samui, you consent to the filing and recording of your likeness for use by SEEN Beach Club Samui for any purpose in all media.
Filming Policy
• Smartphone cameras are welcome at SEEN Beach Club. We do not permit hand-held cameras, video cameras, drones, or telescopic lenses for privacy and security reasons.
• Permits for professional photo or video taking inside the venue should be arranged in advance with our Marketing team.
Lockers
Please note that no lockers will be available, and bulky items and/or luggage are not allowed.
Towels
• SEEN Beach Club Samui operates a policy of providing towels based on the guest capacity of each seating/daybed.
• Towels are provided on site for rental with a fee. Any missing towels will be charged.
Lost and Found
If an item is lost at our venue, we will store it for you for 30 days. If you suspect you have lost an item in our club, please email seen.samui@seenbeachclubsamui.com or +66(0)77-956-800 (extra charge may apply) all expenses related to coordinating the return of your items will be at your own cost.
